Who We Are

FourPoint.AI LLC ("FourPoint.AI," "we," "our," "us") offers AI-powered career-readiness tools for U.S. job-seekers. We do not target or knowingly provide the Service to residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. If you are located there, do not use the Service.

Biometric-adjacent data notice

During video-mock interviews we extract facial landmarks and voice features to score eye contact, tone, speaking rate, etc. Because Illinois's BIPA defines "voiceprint" and "scan of face geometry" as biometric identifiers even when not used to identify you, we treat these features as Biometric Data nationwide for compliance purposes.

How We Use the Data

  • Provide and secure the Service (contract necessity)
  • Deliver AI feedback, resume rewrites, and interview analytics (legitimate interests)
  • Debug, benchmark, and improve models (aggregated or de-identified)
  • Comply with legal obligations (subpoenas, BIPA retention rules)
  • Send transactional e-mails and—only if you opt-in—marketing updates

We never sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

All vendors sign a Data Processing Addendum with at least the same protections stated here.

Biometric-Specific Disclosures & Consent (BIPA, TX-CUBI, CPRA)

  • Purpose → to assess interview performance (eye contact, speaking tempo, sentiment);
  • Storage Location & Encryption → U.S. (Ohio) data center, AES-256 at rest;
  • Retention → raw recordings deleted within 30 days; extracted feature vectors deleted within 180 days unless you export a report that embeds them;
  • Destruction → automatic, irreversible wipe from backups within 60 days of scheduled deletion;
  • Written Release → you electronically sign this Policy and a conspicuous on-screen consent before starting any recorded session; failure to consent aborts the interview.

Your U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of CA, CO, CT, UT, VA, and IL may:

  1. Access the personal and biometric data we hold;
  2. Delete or correct that data;
  3. Opt-out of profiling in furtherance of decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects (VA/CO/CT);
  4. Receive the data in portable format.
